AI Agents
An agent for every department — automating the routine work so your people can do the thinking.
What an agent is
An agent is software that does a job, not just a task. It takes a function your team does every day — quoting, invoicing, answering the same twenty questions — and runs it: continuously, consistently, with your data and your rules. Your people stop doing the routine work and start reviewing it. Not chatbots. Agents and software that actually does the work.
The waiting problem
Most lost velocity in a company isn't work being done slowly — it's departments waiting on each other. Someone's sick, someone's on vacation, someone's buried in something else, and the quote, the invoice check, the answer sits in a queue. An agent doesn't take Fridays off: about 90% of the routine tasks that stall between departments can be handled by an agent — immediately, any hour, every day.
The method: automate, loop, delegate
Every agent engagement follows the same progression. First we automate a single task. Then we loop it, so it runs without anyone touching it. Then we delegate — agents handing work to other agents, with managers, workers, and QA checking the results. One person's output starts to look like a department's.
Department agents
- Pricing agent — builds the estimate from your own job history and shows its work.
- Service and sales agent — answers service and sales requests in minutes instead of days.
- Drafting agent — produces drawings, programs and travelers from the job.
- QA agent — writes the inspection plan and the test program from the job's own documents.
- Accounting agent — invoices, reports, reconciling.
Each hands its result to one of your people to approve. And the part most companies miss: your department's agent isn't just yours. Other departments use it too — sales asks the accounting agent for an invoice status, the shop floor asks the pricing agent for a quote. Agents become how departments talk to each other.
Engineering, production, shipping, service, sales and marketing each have places where an agent returns real hours — and the people who find those places are the ones doing the work, not the IT department. The agents tie into the ERP and the systems you already run. Nothing gets replaced. This is not an IT project. It is bigger than that. It is a redesign of the whole company, little by little, one department at a time, focused on efficiency and accuracy.
Where it goes
Department agents connected together become an organizational layer: high-percentage tasks automated end to end, with their own feedback loops — shorter lead times, fewer mistakes, faster answers for your customers.
Built on the platform
Agents run on the same Clearbay platform as everything else: your business knowledge in Tessic, reachable by your team and your customers over text — no app to install.
